On 4th April 2026 Avion Aerospace Group has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. to collaborate on future aerospace technologies, UAV development, and advanced engineering research.
The strategic partnership aims to strengthen cooperation in Aerospace research, autonomous systems, and emerging space technologies, marking an important milestone for Bangladesh’s growing private aerospace sector. Avion Aerospace, founded by Ruhul Amin Rana, is a Bangladesh-based aerospace engineering and aviation consultancy company specializing in UAV development, aviation solutions, aerospace research, and advanced technology innovation. Dhumketu Exploration Technologies Ltd. (DhumketuX), founded by Nahiyan Al Rahman, focuses on space research, rocket technology, satellite launch concepts, and advanced exploration technologies aimed at developing Bangladesh’s private space capabilities. Speaking about the partnership, Ruhul Amin Rana, Founder of Avion Aerospace, said the collaboration reflects a shared vision to accelerate aerospace innovation and technological advancement in Bangladesh. DhumketuX founder Nahiyan Al Rahman also emphasized the importance of collaboration between private aerospace initiatives to accelerate the country’s technological progress in aviation and space research.
The agreement is expected to open new opportunities for joint aerospace research projects, technology development, and international collaboration, helping to position Bangladesh as an emerging hub for aerospace innovation in South Asia.
